1. Agreement

By using brickbreakergames.xyz you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.

2. What we provide

Free access to browser-based games and written articles. No account is required, nothing is sold on this site, and no payment is ever requested.

We may change, add or remove games and articles at any time, and we may take the site offline for maintenance or permanently, without notice.

3. Acceptable use

You may:

• Play the games as often as you like, for personal enjoyment.
• Read, quote and link to articles, with attribution and a link back.
• Share links to any page here.

You may not:

• Copy, republish or redistribute our articles, game code, images or branding without written permission.
• Re-host our games on another domain, or embed them in a way that presents them as your own work.
• Attempt to interfere with the site's operation, probe it for vulnerabilities, or use automated tools to place unreasonable load on it.
• Use the site in any way that is unlawful or that infringes anyone's rights.

4. Intellectual property

All content on this site - articles, game source code, level designs, images, the site name and logo - is original work and is owned by the site operator, except where third-party material is clearly attributed.

Quoting a short passage with attribution and a link is fine. Reproducing whole articles, or using our game code in your own project, requires written permission.

5. Third-party trademarks

Breakout is a trademark of Atari. Arkanoid is a trademark of Taito. Other product and company names mentioned may be trademarks of their respective owners. They are referred to here for editorial, historical and descriptive purposes only. This site is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to any of these companies, and our games share no code, assets or names with any commercial product.

6. User-supplied content

There is no comment system, forum or upload facility on this site. If you email us a suggestion, a bug report or feedback, you grant us permission to act on it - including implementing a suggested feature - without obligation or compensation. We will not publish your name or message without asking you first.

7. Availability and accuracy

The site is provided "as is" and "as available". We aim for accuracy and we correct errors when they are reported, but we do not warrant that content is complete or error-free, or that the site will be uninterrupted or free of defects.

Game behaviour may vary between browsers and devices. Locally stored scores and preferences can be lost through browser settings, private browsing or clearing site data, and we cannot recover them because we never hold a copy.

8. External links

We link to external sites for reference. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, accuracy or practices. A link is not an endorsement.

9. Advertising

This site may display advertising. Where it does, adverts are supplied by third-party networks and their content is not selected, reviewed or endorsed by us. Any dealings you have with an advertiser are between you and them.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of this site, including loss of data such as saved game scores. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify the site operator against claims arising from your misuse of this site or your breach of these terms.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top will change when we do, and continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated version.
